N.C.C.A. Program Tuition, Fees, Policies & Procedures

The Soul Care Institute℠ requires a $75 enrollment fee, which must accompany the Enrollment Application/Agreement. This is refunded only if the candidate is not accepted into the program for lack of qualifications.

The tuition for all National Christian Counseling Association (N.C.C.A.) Phase I, I I and Advanced courses is currently $287 per course.  There is a $3 handling fee per course and actual shipping cost added to each order ($300/course with standard shipping when S&H is remitted in advance with the tuition). Checks or money orders are to be made payable to Soul Care Ministries International, Inc.  PayPal® is provided for those who wish to pay by credit card.  In addition to the tuition, the candidate is required to pay the clinical supervisor. The fee for clinical supervision is $50 per hour for a required minimum of six (6) hours or total of $300.  Clinical Supervision is to be scheduled in advance.

The course tuition and clinical supervision fees do not include the cost of the APS Reports. The student’s cost for the APS reports is currently $30 each ($32 if you are ordering via PayPal®$40 for APS+SPP or $15 for SPP only; ). The fee for the APS Reports is not considered an expense to the student since the fees may be passed on to the person being tested. Charging for the APS report is left to the discretion of the student.  A reasonable fee for students to charge for the APS Report is $50-$85.

If you are working toward a degree, the matriculation and transfer fees for a degree must be paid after all requirements have been fulfilled. The matriculation and transfer fees for a BA degree are $1,200 and the fees for either a MA or a Doctorate degree are $1,500. This fee is for the awarding of the college degree and is not included in The Soul Care Institute℠ course tuition/standard fees.

After completion of Phase II, a $100 licensing fee (via check to the N.C.C.A) is required with a signed copy of Application for N.C.C.A. License (completed at end of Phase II) along with the Notification & Release form for Personal National Screening.
